IWCS has a clinician led model of care, our nursing staff are of highly experienced and endeavour to provide comprehensive and person centred care to keep our participants safe and well in their own home. Services include:
- Visiting nurses
- Medication set-up
- Medication administration/supervision
- Mental Health Assessment
- Home Risk Assessment
- Catheter care
- Tube-feeding assistance
- Wound care
- Stoma care
- Monitoring of blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar levels
- Education for clients and their families
